We are looking for a motivated and confident individual who can bring new clients and recruitment candidates to our growing immigration and recruitment business.
This role is ideal for someone with strong networking, sales, recruitment, or community engagement skills who understands the UK immigration, recruitment, or abroad study market.

Business Development & Recruitment Consultant
Key Responsibilities
Generate new immigration and recruitment leads
Bring potential clients for:
UK visas
Sponsor licence support
Skilled Worker applications
Student visa services
Recruitment solutions
Source overseas and UK-based candidates for employers
Build relationships with businesses, students, and communities
Handle client follow-ups and maintain CRM records
Coordinate with advisors and recruitment teams
Attend networking, promotional, and marketing activities
Support social media and referral campaigns
Requirements
Strong communication and sales skills
Ability to generate leads and close clients
Experience in immigration, recruitment, education consultancy, or sales preferred
Knowledge of UK immigration or recruitment industry is an advantage
Confident using social media, WhatsApp, and CRM systems
Self-motivated and target-driven
