What You'll Be Doing:
• Delivering tailored 1:1 and small-group interventions alongside teaching staff
• Supporting specific learners with special educational or behavioural needs
• Developing and adapting resources for maximum student progress
• Supporting in and out of class: literacy, numeracy, and social communication
• Monitoring progress, maintaining detailed records, and contributing to SEN reviews
• Engaging with parents and external agencies to optimise student outcomes
