MOT Technician – Full-Time, Permanent We are looking for a customer‑focused MOT Technician to join our team at our Swadlincote site. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional who takes pride in delivering high‑quality work and exceptional customer service.

About the Role As an MOT Technician, your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out MOT tests in line with DVSA requirements
- Completing mechanical repairs and general servicing
- Fitting brakes, exhausts, tyres, and other mechanical components
- Using alignment equipment and interpreting results accurately
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
- Maintaining excellent personal presentation and correct uniform
- Following all health & safety regulations
- Carrying out reasonable tasks requested by management
About You
- Valid MOT Licence (essential)
- Experience in mechanical and fast‑fit repairs (tyres, brakes, exhausts, suspension, servicing)
- Strong customer service skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Confident using hand tools and working to high standards
