Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Reviews Officer to join our Revenues and Welfare Services team. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality welfare administration and ensuring fairness and accuracy across a range of financial support schemes.

As a Reviews Officer, you will take the lead on reviewing housing benefit and council tax reduction claims, administering discretionary schemes, and supporting data matching exercises.

This role is integral in safeguarding public funds, supporting residents in need, and maintaining the integrity of our services.
