Summary
FLT Driver | Coventry| 4 on, 4 off – 12‑hour Days or Nights
We are currently recruiting experienced FLT Drivers to join a leading logistics company based in Coventry to drive a Bendi truck (conversion courses available from Reach/ Counterbalance). This is an excellent opportunity offering great pay rates, and structured shifts in a modern warehouse environment.
Shifts & Pay: 4 on, 4 off – Choose Days or Nights
- Days: 6am–6pm (0600–1800) – £14.64 per hour
- Nights: 6pm–6am (1800–0600) – £15.31 per hour
As an FLT Driver, your responsibilities will include:
- Put‑away of stock within the warehouse
- Dispatching stock ready for collection
- Unloading deliveries
- Moving and replenishing stock using Bendi FLT trucks
What We’re Looking For
- A valid Bendi, Flexi or Pivot Steer FLT licence ideally although Counterbalance/ Reach will be considered (in‑house licences accepted if accredited)
- Previous experience working as an FLT Driver
- Experience working in a target‑driven environment
- Ability and willingness to complete a DBS check as part of the hiring process
