Summary

Customer Service Advisor | Tarporley (Own Transport Essential) | Up to £26,000 + Bonus + Enhanced Saturday Pay

We’re recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a friendly, close-knit team within a growing furniture business in Tarporley. This is a fast-paced, varied role where you’ll support customers across phone, email, live chat, and showroom, helping them choose products, process orders, and resolve queries — while spotting sales opportunities along the way.

Key Duties

- Handle customer enquiries and provide expert product advice
- Convert enquiries into sales
- Process orders and update CRM system
- Manage deliveries and resolve customer queries/complaints
- Follow up on leads and encourage customer reviews

What We’re Looking For

- Customer service or call centre experience
- Strong communication skills (phone & face-to-face)
- Comfortable handling complaints
- Basic CRM & IT skills (Excel, email, Google Drive)
- Organised, adaptable, and proactive
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn
- Any experience selling furniture is advantageous but not essential

Hours: Mon–Thu 8:30–5 | Fri 8–5 | Every other Sat 9–5 (day off in week)
