Crynodeb
This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to join our established and growing team within the Construction Department at Edinburgh College. The post will primarily involve providing technical support, including ordering materials, coordinating logistics and deliveries, maintaining asset registers, and ensuring that work and storage areas are organised and compliant.
The role also includes a dedicated allocation of training time each week. This may involve delivering skills demonstrations in practical environments to Schools College Partnership (SCP) groups and/or Further Education (FE) learners, as well as supporting STEM-related activities within school settings. A recognised Assessor qualification is desirable; however, the successful candidate will be given the opportunity to achieve this if not already held.
Applicants must have extensive, practical experience in at least one of the following construction trades:
Electrical
Plumbing
This experience is essential for the role.
