- Nurture Growth: Shape the early development of your Key Person group.
- Creative Pedagogy: Deliver stimulating indoor and outdoor learning experiences.
- Expert Care: Support children with varied needs, utilising specialised behaviour management skills.
Requirements:
- Level 3 Childcare qualification (UK).
- Deep understanding of EYFS and UK safeguarding standards.
- A reflective and dedicated approach to early years education.
- An enhanced DBS or be willing to undergo one.
