Summary
Responsibilities Delivering direct patient care, including health assessments, vaccinations, and chronic disease management Assisting GPs with examinations, procedures, and diagnostics Providing health education and advice tailored to individual patient needs Managing patient records accurately and maintaining confidentiality at all times Supporting the practice in meeting clinical governance standards and protocols Administering treatments and medications as prescribed by the GP Participating in practice meetings and continuous professional development activities Qualifications Registered General Nurse (RGN) with valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) Minimum 2 years post registration. Proven experience working as a Practice Nurse or in a similar primary care environment Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team Organised, reliable, and able to manage a varied workload efficiently Commitment to ongoing professional development and maintaining high standards of practice Job Type: Part-time Benefits: Company pension Work Location: In person
