**Requirements**

* Minimum **6 months UK care/support experience**

**Key Responsibilities**

* Delivering a **person-centred approach** to care
* Assisting with personal care (washing, dressing, hygiene)
* Supporting individuals with **challenging behaviour**
* Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients
* Helping residents feel comfortable, safe, and at home
* Supporting daily activities and promoting independence
* Assisting individuals with **physical and learning disabilities**
* Supporting those with **mental health needs**
