Summary
We are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Production Operative to join our clients busy manufacturing team based in Maidstone.
* Monday to Friday
* 7:30am - 4:30pm
* 60-minute lunch break
This is a hands-on role suited to someone practical, motivated, and able to work well within a team environment.
Duties Include:
* Using power tools and workshop equipment
* Assembly and general production work
* Manual handling and lifting materials safely
* Following health and safety procedures
* Maintaining a clean and organised work area
* Working to production deadlines and quality standards
Requirements:
* Good practical and hands-on skills
* Previous experience using power tools preferred
* Ability to carry out manual handling duties
* Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
