Crynodeb
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented person to join our small and dedicated team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing orders, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction. They will liaise with our warehouses in Rotterdam (NL) and Houston (TX USA) to ensure orders are despatched correctly and on time.
They will also manage orders with our parent company NJC to ensure stock levels in Europe and America are maintained.
Responsibilities
- Accurately input and process customer orders and ensure all documentation is completed correctly.
- Maintain up to date records of orders and deliveries in our system.
- Professionally handle customer enquiries via phone and email.
- Liaise with warehouses to ensure timely despatch of orders.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams, including our Japanese colleagues, to resolve any issues related to orders, stock or delivery schedules.
- Manage order amendments or cancellations promptly and accurately.
- Undertake any additional duties as needed to support the smooth running of the office.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and proactive with a problem solving mindset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office. (Excel, Word, Outlook etc)
- Experience is not essential as full training will be given.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday 9.30am to 2.30pm (30 minute lunch break) (22.5 hours)
Salary
£16,000.00 to £20,000.00 per annum
