Crynodeb
As the Sub-Workshop Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day line management of a small team of staff to ensure that all motor vehicle repairs, pre-planned maintenance and servicing are completed within an accurate timescale and in a cost-effective manner. You will be responsible for driving continuous improvements, delivering significant efficiencies to deliver best in class fleet management. You will also be required tosupervisetrainees, staff on secondment and outside contractors within the workplace.
