About the role
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to join our Corporate Services team, providing essential support to senior colleagues at the University.

In this varied and fast-paced role, you will act as a key point of coordination between the executive function and the wider University community, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of senior leadership activities. From managing complex diaries to coordinating meetings and communications, your work will be central to enabling effective decision-making and collaboration.

While a full-time, permanent appointment is preferred, we are happy to discuss part-time or temporary arrangements for the right candidate.

Main Responsibilities

Executive support, to include the scheduling of appointments, meetings and visits, involving the coordination of travel arrangements including flights, accommodation and itineraries.
Meeting administration, to include the planning and coordination of meetings, involving the distribution of agendas, presentations and reports for meetings.
Act as the primary point of contact, to include managing and prioritising a busy shared inbox, ensuring to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Process payments for goods and services on behalf of the executive.
General business administration, to include comprehensive administration support, such as records management, communication handling, and general operational tasks as and when required.
