We are seeking a proactive Cleaning Site Supervisor to join our Operations Team, supervising cleaning staff and subcontractors to
deliver high-quality cleaning and soft FM services across domestic, communal, and commercial sites. The role involves managing
cleaning and specialist cleaning activities, scheduling works across multiple locations, monitoring quality and financial
performance, and ensuring full compliance with health and safety standards. Working closely with Facilities Management and client
teams, you will drive service excellence, maintain operational efficiency, and ensure safe, hygienic, and welcoming environments
for customers and clients.
This role will be based at our Stonebridge (Liverpool) office, with regular travel across our operational areas as required.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Lead and deliver contract performance targets, ensuring high standards of service, customer satisfaction, and continuous
improvement.
* Supervise, motivate, and support cleaning staff and subcontractors to deliver efficient, professional services.
* Manage cleaning, specialist cleaning, waste management, caretaking, and building safety activities across multiple sites.
* Plan, schedule, and prioritise workloads to meet operational targets, budgets, timescales, and quality standards.
* Monitor service performance, carry out inspections, and ensure all work is completed to agreed specifications and contractual
obligations.
* Maintain effective contract administration, financial monitoring, and accurate completion of documentation and records.
* Promote and enforce health and safety compliance, ensuring safe working practices, equipment checks, and risk management.
* Manage employee attendance, leave, training, and development to maintain a skilled and productive workforce.
* Investigate operational inefficiencies and implement improvements to enhance service delivery and cost effectiveness.
* Use IT systems and communication tools effectively to organise services, coordinate resources, and maintain seamless
operations, including out-of-hours support where required.
What We’re Looking For:
* ONC/NVQ Level 3 in Cleaning Services Supervision (or equivalent)
* Strong knowledge of cleaning and soft FM services.
* Good understanding of site health & safety and maintenance contracts.
* Proven supervisory/management experience leading multi-disciplinary teams.
* Experience implementing service improvements and new initiatives.
* Full UK or EU driving licence.
Interview Process:
* Candidates will be invited to in-person interviews at our Stonebridge Office (Liverpool), which will include a competency-based
interview. Interviews will take place week commencing 8th June 2026
