Crynodeb
Your main responsibilities will be to support the therapy team to provide assessment and treatment to patients following a neurological event. This will include individual work, joint working and group work in the future. Your role in the team may include completing transfers, mobility and exercise programmes under the guidance of the Physiotherapists. With the OTs your role will include shopping, cooking, insight, attentional and memory work. To support in the provision of out patient spasticity clinic and to complete the training and competencies required. In recognition of the need for enhanced provision, the Integrated Therapy Service is looking to move towards 7 day working, and as such the successful candidate will be expected to support this model of care when it is implemented.
