Supported Living Manager – £40,000



Are you an experienced Registered Manager looking for a supported living role where you can take full ownership of a service? This position involves leading day-to-day operations for adults with autism, mental health needs, and learning disabilities, ensuring care remains consistent and person-centred.

What You’ll Need



  • Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care

  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager

  • Experience supporting adults with autism, mental health needs, and learning disabilities

  • Strong understanding of CQC standards and safeguarding

  • Ability to manage a service independently



What You’ll Do



  • Manage the day-to-day running of the supported living service

  • Lead, support, and develop staff to maintain consistent standards

  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and safeguarding requirements

  • Oversee care delivery, ensuring it remains person-centred and outcome-focused

  • Monitor records, care plans, and reporting to maintain accuracy and quality

  • Work with families, professionals, and external agencies as required
