This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a specialist multi-disciplinary team (MDT) delivering high-quality care to children and young people with complex, long-term conditions including Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis (JIA) and a wide range of inflammatory conditions. These conditions can have a significant impact on the lives of patients and their families and often require long-term treatment and ongoing multidisciplinary support. The successful candidate will be responsible for the coordination of the holistic, patient centred care by the MDT. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership and performance management skills, as they develop the service and ensure the service is at the forefront of the advances in treatment, leading the CNS Team to maintain a high standards of patient care and safety at all times.
