Pay Rate: £12.82 per hour
We are looking for dedicated and experienced Support Workers/Drivers to join our supported living team in Redditch on a full-time permanent basis.
This role involves supporting adults with challenging behaviour to live independently while providing high-quality care and support in a supported living environment.
Requirements:
* Full UK automatic driving licence
* Previous experience working with challenging behaviour
* Experience in supported living services
* Experience administering medication
* Good communication and record-keeping skills
* Reliable, caring, and professional attitude
Main Duties:
* Supporting service users with daily living activities
* Administering medication safely and accurately
* Encouraging independence and community involvement
* Completing daily records and documentation
* Providing emotional and practical support
* Driving service users to appointments and activities when required
