What skills and experience we're looking for

This job is suitable for a teacher who is ambitious and eager to learn within a thriving primary school. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong potential, secure subject knowledge, and a commitment to developing excellent teaching practice.In particular, they will:

- Understand how to plan lessons which are engaging and build on previous learning.

- Have an inclusive approach to teaching which ensures that no pupil feels left behind.

- Be determined to raise the attainment of the most disadvantaged pupils.

- Have a growth mindset and is eager for the challenge of teaching by learning from others.

- Have a passion for the curriculum and is determined to share this with others.

- Love working with children and want the best for all learners.
