We are looking for an experienced Building Fabric Engineer to work closely with the Management team onsite who will be delivering the building fabric services.
Role Responsibilities:
-Delivering basic plumbing, ceiling repairs, carpet fitting, fitting door closers, roof and gutter cleaning, emergency light testing, painting and basic carpentry skills.
-Customer care/relationship building skills are essential in order to communicate with both internal and external clients.
-Carry out minor mechanical/electrical repairs and planned preventative maintenance (PPMs).
-You will be required to supervise trainees and technicians where advised and will be communicating with departmental management to ensure resource requirements are clearly understood.
Required Qualifications:
-Experience in facilities management or building services.
-The ideal candidate should be qualified in a Building Services discipline.
-Plumbing experience.
