Family looking for a kind, reliable and energetic support worker for a 12-year-old boy
with autism. He is bright and enjoys:
Parks and outdoor activities
Computers/gaming
Routine and familiar people
He can display challenging behaviour at times, so experience with autism, SEN,
or behaviour support is important.
Hours
4 hours on Saturdays £12.71
Looking For Someone Who Is
Calm, patient and understanding
Experienced with autistic children or additional needs
Confident managing behaviour positively
Reliable and trustworthy
Happy to support community outings
Duties
Building a positive relationship
Taking him to the park or activities
Supporting safe play and engagement
Providing respite support for the family
Ideal Experience
Autism/SEND experience preferred
DBS check paid for by client
Driving licence helpful but not essentia
