An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Baby Room Leader to play a key role in shaping children's earliest experiences and supporting a high-performing team within a nurturing and child-focused environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 Early Years qualification – essential
- Previous experience as a Room Leader or Senior Practitioner – desirable
- Experience working with babies and young children
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
- An understanding of Montessori principles or a desire to learn more
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A nurturing and child-centred approach to childcare

Key Responsibilities
- Leading the baby room and ensuring the highest standards of care and education
- Creating a nurturing, stimulating environment that supports babies' development
- Planning and delivering engaging learning experiences in line with EYFS and Montessori principles
- Supporting and mentoring colleagues within the room
- Building strong relationships with children, families, and team members
- Monitoring children's progress and supporting their individual development journeys
- Ensuring safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies are consistently followed
