Worship Pastor - Tier 2
Essential Duties and Tasks:
1. To serve under the Lordship of Jesus Christ through the Senior Pastor, and to be good
Shepherd to the flocks through leading Worship
2. To minister using contemporary, traditional ethnic worship songs
To counsel and pastor members of the church's music team and worship ministries.
3. To envision, equip, and mobilize the musical talents of the congregation.
4. To establish and mentor praise, worship leaders, and have oversight of multiple
worship groups including Pastoring the Young adult worship team
5. To do other duties assigned by the bishop/designate.
