We are looking for someone with exceptional organisational skills who will join our friendly and inclusive team in Aseptic Services.
Our team is made up of Pharmacists, Technicians, Assistants and Quality Assurance Specialists who will rely on and appreciate your efforts to keep Good Documentation Practice and records up to date and in order. Our patients receive products e.g. TPN and Chemotherapy which require preparation in a clean room environment. (An understanding of basic GMP. would be beneficial although an explanation will be given during training)
We are looking for someone who thrives in a busy environment and is already proficient in managing data archiving and controlled documentation records.
You will already have excellent IT skills using (Microsoft Office) especially Excel and can manage your own time effectively.
We offer in-house training and personal development, working in this specialist area of Pharmacy.
• Planning and organising meetings, including taking and producing accurate minutes.
• Documentation control of approved worksheets and forms.
• Recording of staff shifts and adjustments using Trust Software Allocate E-Roster.
• Can follow strict Standard Operating Procedures.
• Use of Electronic Documentation Control Software to products Receipt Records of drugs and ingredients.
• Ordering and managing stock for stationary and consumables used within the facility.
• Processing invoices for payment effectively.
• Assisting Senior Managers in collating data for financial and capacity reporting on a monthly basis.
