Are you looking for a new challenge and career progression? Working with multi professional colleagues, you will become part of an expanding and transforming service. We are looking for dedicated and dynamic staff to join our experience obstetric teams to support in the safe delivery of maternity care . We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic people, to join our expanding theatre department delivering a 24 hour service.
Experience in the department is desirable but not essential. You will join our extensive theatre team with multiple skills to enable you to gain further knowledge and advance your career.
This role requires: NMC registered Nurse (Advanced Diploma/Degree in Adult Health Nursing) or HCPC registered ODP (Dip (HE) Operating

• To deliver safe quality care for patients during their perioperative phase of care.
• To support and assist in the management and organisation of care provision within the Operating Theatre Department.
• Promote good working relationships and collaborative working with the multi-disciplinary team, both within the department and the rest of the Trust.
• To apply and promote best evidence-based practice within own scope of practice.
• Act as an effective role model by developing and demonstrating effective organisational and leadership skills.
