Central Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Project Worker to work in the Ilford area at a service that provides supported housing accommodation to clients with complex needs and a history of rough sleeping.
£17.76 per hour (£15.85 per hour, with £1.91 holiday pay)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
️ Shifts: Monday - Sunday (rota basis), 08:00 - 16:00 and 14:00 - 22:00
Location: Ilford
Temporary: approx. 2-3 months, with the possibility of extension
What we’re looking for:
✔️Experience working with complex needs and homelessness in a hostel environment
✔️Experience holding a high need caseload
✔️Experience completing needs and risk assessments and support plans
✔️Strong understanding of complex needs
✔️Understanding of the Strengths and Recovery model and PIE
✔️Experience identifying risk and understanding of safeguarding procedures
✔️Experience with housing management including monitoring rent payments
✔️Ability to work intensively with clients, respond to crisis and deal effectively to challenging situations
✔️IT skills including the use of Microsoft Office programmes and database recording systems
