Salary: £28,000 | Full-Time | Temp-to-Perm | Early Friday Finish

What You'll Be Doing

  • Handling customer enquiries via phone and email with professionalism and care

  • Processing orders accurately using internal systems

  • Managing order updates, amendments, delivery queries and lead times

  • Providing after‑sales support and resolving issues

  • Working closely with production, logistics and sales to ensure seamless order fulfilment

  • Keeping customer and order records accurate and up to date

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communication skills across phone and email

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

  • Comfortable using order management systems (training provided)

  • A proactive, customer‑focused approach with a problem‑solving mindset
