Shifts: Full-time hours across 5 available nights; 8PM- 8AM ; Weekend availability required

About the RoleAs a Healthcare Assistant, you'll support vulnerable individuals in their own homes, helping them to live safely, independently, and with dignity. You'll assist with a range of tasks, from clinical monitoring to overnight comfort and essential care routines.
Meet the Client: In this highly rewarding role, you will be part of a supportive overnight 2:1 care package dedicated to a 30-year-old, non-verbal individual with complex needs. They have a full understanding of their surroundings. Your presence ensures they remain safe, comfortable, and perfectly cared for throughout the night!

Overnight personal care and pressure area care (repositioning, toileting, comfort checks)

Mobility and manual handling support during night routines

Specialised Complex Care: Managing overnight complex care tasks including Tracheostomy monitoring and PEG feeding (full, expert training provided!)

Companionship, emotional support, and maintaining a peaceful, safe overnight environment

Medication support (where trained)

Following care plans, maintaining accurate overnight records, and reporting changes or concerns

Experience: A minimum of 6 months of professional UK Care experience is essential.

Complex Care: Tracheostomy and PEG feeding experience is preferred, but not mandatory-we provide full, paid training!

Availability: Ready to commit to a full-time schedule across 5 available night shifts, including weekends.

Compliance: Right to work in the UK, an enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one), and an up-to-date CV showing a full work history.

Note: A full UK driving license is preferred for client mobility vehicle access during daytime handover or occasional outings, though reliable night commuters are welcome to apply.
