Peartree Life Care is looking for an experienced and dedicated Field Manager to join our growing team in Northampton.
The successful candidate must have previous experience in a similar role or hold a Senior Care position with strong leadership skills and a good understanding of care standards and compliance.
Main Responsibilities:
• Conducting care assessments and client reviews
• Supervising and supporting care staff in the community
• Carrying out spot checks, supervisions, and competency assessments
• Ensuring high standards of care are maintained at all times
• Monitoring staff performance and providing ongoing support and training
• Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and company policies
• Managing care packages and responding to client needs
• Building positive relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Assisting with care planning and risk assessments
• Supporting with staff onboarding and field-based training
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Field Manager or Senior Carer
• Full UK driving licence
• Mandatory care training certificates
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Ability to lead and support care staff in the community
• Knowledge of CQC standards and care regulations
