The role requires you to communicate and work closely with the wider multi-disciplinary team and support the Inequality work within trust and community settings. Excellent communication skills and be able to communicate delicate and complex information to both patients and colleagues, including breaking significant news post MDT prior to handover of care. The post holder will help meet the Trust and Bowel Cancer Screening Programme and national targets.
