We are looking for a caring, reliable and patient Support Worker to assist a 14-year-old
boy with additional needs in the mornings before school.
About the Role
The young person has:
Autism
Epilepsy
Von Willebrand disease
Support is required with morning routines and personal care to help him get ready for
school in a calm, supportive and safe environment.
Duties Include
Assisting with morning personal care
Supporting dressing and preparation for school
Providing reassurance and emotional support
Ensuring a safe environment at all times
Monday to Friday, maybe be some weekend work
Approx. 8:00/8:30am -9:00/9:30am £12.71 per
Some flexibility may be required
Essential Requirements
Car owner and full UK driving licence
Right to work in the UK
DBS check required paid for by employer.
Desirable Experience
6 Hours minimum a week
Experience supporting children and young people with autism and epilepsy.
