We are machine movers, machine installations and factory plant relocation specialists who are 'Safe Contractor' accredited. We require an enthusiastic, willing to learn individual who can work on their own initiative but can also work as part of a team in our busy, fast paced office. Duties would include answering the telephone inquiries, responding to emails, scanning, ordering stock and general office duties. MUST be very competant with computers, able to use word, excell, outlook. This position also requires the individual to be flexible to cover holidays when other staff are away.

- Maintain office files and records both electronically and in hard copy
- Answer phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Provide general administrative support to the team
## Qualifications
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to organise and prioritise tasks effectively
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is essential
