Summary
Our client, an established main dealer in Corby, is seeking a skilled and experienced Vehicle Technician to join their busy and expanding workshop. This Vehicle Technician position offers a dynamic working environment, ongoing professional development, and the stability of a reputable company. Benefits:
- Competitive basic salary of up to £40,000, dependent on experience
- OTE (On-Target Earnings) of up to £45,000, reflecting bonuses and overtime
- Monday to Friday working hours, 8:00am to 5:00pm
- One in every four Saturdays paid as overtime

Duties of the Vehicle Technician:
- Conduct servicing, maintenance, and repair work to manufacturer standards
- Diagnose faults accurately using advanced diagnostic equipment
- Carry out repairs efficiently while maintaining high quality workmanship
- Support colleagues within a fast-paced workshop setting as a Vehicle Technician
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Keep detailed service and repair records
Requirements:
- Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician
- Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, professional, and committed to delivering excellent customer service
