Summary
We are recruiting for a FLT Counterbalance Drivers in Coventry, CV3 with immediate start.
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 17:00 / 17:00 - 07:00
Pay Rate: £13.50 - £14.00 per hour
Duties:
. Operating a Counterbalance FLT in a high-pressure, fast-moving warehouse.
. Loading and unloading double deck trailers (general haulage & heavy-duty goods).
. Safe movement, stacking, and storage of stock.
. Working to tight deadlines, productivity, and accuracy targets.
. Strictly following all health & safety procedures.
Requirements:
. Proven experience loading and unloading double deck trailers.
. Minimum 2 years' Counterbalance FLT experience.
. Valid Counterbalance FLT licence.
. Drug & alcohol test required prior to start.
. On-site FLT assessment required.
