Summary
City Wheels Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Transport Coordinator to oversee and manage the daily operations of our transportation services. This role is critical to ensuring smooth scheduling, coordination, and delivery of exceptional customer experiences.
Main duties include:
• Coordinate and manage the scheduling of taxi bookings, car rentals, and other transportation services.
• Communicate effectively with clients, drivers, and partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor and optimise fleet operations, ensuring timely pickups, drop-offs, and vehicle availability.
• Handle inquiries, bookings, and cancellations professionally and efficiently.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for improving operational efficiency.
• Stay updated on local regulations and compliance requirements related to transportation services.
Skills and Education:
• Proven experience in transportation, logistics, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members at all levels.
• Proficiency in transportation management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A commitment to customer service excellence and quality delivery.
