Experienced Cook Wanted – The Middleton Archer
The Middleton Archer is looking for an experienced cook to join our kitchen team.
We are a busy local pub serving traditional pub food, Sunday dinners and event catering, and we’re looking for someone reliable who can work well under pressure and maintain good food standards.
The Role
Preparing and cooking pub food to a consistent standard
Managing service during busy periods
Maintaining cleanliness and food hygiene standards
Assisting with stock rotation and kitchen organisation
Working as part of a small kitchen team
Requirements
Previous kitchen/cook experience essential
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Good time management and organisation
Reliable and punctual
Weekend availability essential
Food hygiene knowledge preferred
Hours
Part-time or full-time hours available depending on experience.
Weekend and evening work required.
