Summary
Deputy Nursery Manager
Salary: £34,000 per year
Hours: Monday to Friday, rotating shifts between 8:00am–5:00pm and 9:00am–6:00pm

They are now looking for a dedicated and experienced Deputy Nursery Manager to support the day-to-day running of the nursery and help lead a passionate childcare team.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a senior nursery role or Deputy Manager position
- Relevant Early Years qualification (Level 3 or above preferred)
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practices
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills
- Passionate about delivering exceptional childcare and education

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Nursery Manager with the daily operations of the setting
- Lead, motivate, and support the nursery team
- Ensure high standards of care, learning, and safeguarding
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff
- Oversee planning and implementation of engaging learning activities
- Maintain compliance with EYFS and nursery policies
- Support staff development, training, and performance
