Description

At System C, we build technology that connects care and improves outcomes for millions of people. We are looking for a Business Systems Administrator to play a key role in keeping our core business platforms running smoothly, securely, and in a way that genuinely supports our teams.

This is a hands-on role with a primary focus on Jira Service Management, alongside exposure to other enterprise platforms such as Salesforce and NetSuite. You will be a trusted custodian of our systems, balancing operational reliability with continuous improvement.

What you will be doing

  • Owning the day-to-day administration, configuration, and support of Jira and Jira Service Management.
  • Designing and maintaining workflows, automation, permissions, SLAs, dashboards, and reports.
  • Supporting service desk operations through well-configured queues, request types, and customer portals.
  • Working within change management processes and contributing to upgrades, testing, and releases.
  • Supporting colleagues through clear guidance, training, and practical problem solving.
  • Supporting integrations, monitoring data flows, and escalating complex issues when needed.
  • Documenting configurations and processes to support audit readiness and knowledge sharing.
  • Stepping in to provide administration support across other business systems, such as Salesforce and NetSuite, when priorities require so.

What you will bring

  • Practical, hands-on experience administering Jira in a business or enterprise environment.
  • A solid understanding of workflows, automation, permissions, SLAs, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with IT service management concepts such as incident, problem, and change.
  • A strong administration mindset, organised, detail-focused, and audit-aware.
  • Clear communication skills and confidence working with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
  • Curiosity and adaptability, with the ability to transfer skills across platforms.

Why join System C

You will be part of a collaborative, mission-driven organisation where people take ownership, work as one team, and focus on doing the right thing. We offer flexible benefits, support for personal and professional development, and an environment that values learning and continuous improvement.

Apply today and help us build systems that enable better care.
