Phoenix Care Staff is a successful family-owned healthcare agency, and we are currently seeking experienced Nurses who have a genuine passion for delivering high-quality care and are available to start as soon as possible.

We offer competitive pay rates starting from **£23.00 per hour** (rate can be adjusted as required), along with flexible working hours to support your work/life balance.

Available Shifts -
* Day shifts
* Night shifts
* Part-time hours
* Full-time hours

Requirements -
* A valid UK NMC registration
* Minimum of **6 months’ nursing experience** within the UK
* A caring, compassionate, and professional approach
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Duties Include -
* Delivering high-quality nursing care to residents
* Administering medication and maintaining accurate records
* Monitoring residents’ health and wellbeing
* Developing and updating care plans
* Providing emotional and physical support to residents and families
* Supporting residents with mobility and comfort
* Working alongside healthcare assistants and other healthcare professionals
* Ensuring care standards and safeguarding procedures are followed
* Maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
