- Assist teachers in the planning and delivery of engaging and age-appropriate lessons
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who require additional attention or interventions
- Help to create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters academic and personal growth
- Monitor and record student progress, and communicate with teachers and parents as needed
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development opportunities, and extracurricular activities
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational role
- Strong understanding of the national curriculum and effective teaching methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children
- Proficient in the use of technology and educational resources to support student learning
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when necessary
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and a desire to continually improve your skills
