Summary

Leading UK Top 50 law firm seeks an experienced Product Manager to shape and deliver AI‑enabled solutions in a modern, innovation‑driven environment. You will sit at the intersection of AI, product strategy, UX and operational transformation — helping define the future of legal technology.

You will join a cross‑functional AI product squad building intelligent tools that improve legal workflows, client experience and business outcomes. Working with lawyers, technical teams, stakeholders, clients and partners, you will deliver practical, high‑value products while upholding strict confidentiality, compliance and accuracy standards.

Key responsibilities

Own and develop the AI product roadmap, focused on workflow optimisation and user value
Lead teams through the full product lifecycle: discovery, delivery and adoption
Act as primary link between legal, business, clients and technical teams
Translate needs into clear priorities, user stories and measurable outcomes
Support AI solutions across contract drafting, automation, research, due diligence, compliance and matter management
Align delivery with business goals and responsible AI principles
Communicate progress, insights and opportunities clearly across the firm
Provide light project oversight: milestones, coordination, risk management
Drive adoption through strong engagement and compelling product storytelling

What we’re looking for

Proven product management experience in digital, tech or transformation roles
Strong stakeholder skills, analytical thinking and problem‑solving ability
Experience working in Agile environments
Solid understanding of workflow optimisation, process improvement and automation
Ability to explain complex tech — including AI/ML — simply to non‑technical audiences
Product‑led mindset: confident to challenge norms and drive improvement
Commercial awareness and user‑centric approach
Advantageous: background in legal, regulated or professional services; familiarity with LLMs, NLP, summarisation, classification or RAG pipelines

What we offer

Flexible hybrid working
Great benefits: private healthcare, bonus scheme, pension, enhanced family leave, wellbeing support and lifestyle perks

This is an excellent opportunity to shape how AI is adopted in a progressive, respected firm where technology and innovation drive long‑term strategy and growth.
