Food Production Operative Days - Shrewsbury (SY4 Area)
The Best Connection are currently recruiting Food Production Operatives for one of our well-established clients based in the Shrewsbury (SY4) area.
Please note: Due to the location, own transport is essential as there is no public transport available.
Duties will include:
- Working within a fast-paced food production environment
- Preparing and producing food and beverage products
- Assisting with finishing and packing of products
- Maintaining high hygiene and quality standards
- Following health & safety procedures at all times
Working hours:
- 7:00am - 17:00pm
Pay & Benefits:
- Ongoing, full-time work
- Opportunity to secure a permanent position after a successful trial period
- £13.00 per hour
Requirements:
The company will be transitioning to 12-hour shifts on a 4 on / 4 off rotation in the future, so candidates must be flexible and able to accommodate this change when it is introduced.
- Previous food production experience is desirable
- A Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate would be beneficial
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable and able to work as part of a team
