Minibus Driver - 20 hours per week
Springcare are looking for a part time, mini bus driver to cover our homes in The Wirral area
Springcare are a group of residential and nursing homes
Here at Springcare, we now have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced driver, to be part of our activities team, where you can help to make a difference to our residents’ lives.
The role would be based from Nottinghamshire, and would involve travelling to various locations.
The Role:
Driving residents and a member of staff to various outdoor activities. As this may involve being out during the day during lunch periods, you would be able to take part and enjoy the activity with the residents.
Who we are looking for:
As this role requires interaction with our residents, the ideal candidate would have patience and show a clear understanding of other peoples needs. You would be honest, trustworthy, outgoing and willing to engage in communication with others and support them,
Qualities and Skills required for role:
Full clean driving licence is essential.
Flexibility
Ability to use a sat nav and understand instructions.
You’ll be able to maintain confidentiality and GDPR.
