Summary
Warehouse Admin - Worksop
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for Warehouse Admin to work with a leading company in the logistics sector in Worksop.
Shift patterns:
- Saturday, Sunday(18:00-06:00) plus 2 other days ( i.e. Tuesday + Wednesday or Thursday + Friday) during week on Night shift (22:00-06:00)
Pay rates:
- £16.26 hourly
Essential requirements for Warehouse Admin:
- Basic computer work experience
- Warehouse Stock control experience
- Goods in/Out experience
Desirable requirements for Warehouse Admin:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
- Organising and maintaining files and records
- Supporting day-to-day office operations
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Answering and directing phone calls professionally
- Coordinating meetings and events
- Good communication and organisational skills
Your role for Warehouse Admin:
- Manage warehouse documentation and maintain accurate digital records of stock movements.
- Coordinate goods in and goods out processes to ensure efficient warehouse flow.
- Perform regular stock control audits and update inventory management systems.
- Support general warehouse operations by providing administrative assistance to the floor team.
- Ensure all health and safety administrative protocols are followed within the warehouse environment.
