Personal Assistant
A LITTLE ABOUT MYSELF
I am a young lady living in the Ely area with a learning disability who is very chatty and outgoing. I am looking for someone to assist me with activities out in the community and to keep me safe. I have a lovely sense of humour, love music and looking for a like-minded personal assistant.
PURPOSE OF JOB
Relef PA required to provide consistent support that ensures my safety and that all of my needs are fully met.
HOURS OF WORK
8 hours per week
4 hours during the week and 4 hours over the weekend.
RATES OF PAY
£14.85 per hour
TASKS INVOLVED
Keeping me Safe at all Times
To be mindful of my learning difficulty as I present myself well
TYPE OF PERSON REQUIRED
Someone who is flexible, reliable and trustworthy
Someone who is patient and understands my needs
Car driver with own vehicle preferred
ABOUT THE JOB
Though a part-time job, this will be a proper job requiring a National Insurance number to be submitted. A trial period will be necessary in the first instance. The wage will be paid four weekly and appropriate holiday pay given.
The post is subject to satisfactory references and a DBS (Police) Check - which will need to be carried out before employment can commence. The cost of this will be met by the employer (Local Authority).
