Summary
We are looking for a compassionate, caring, patient and reliable Senior Care Assistant to join our dedicated team at our 64 bed with supporting our residents with their daily living requirements while promoting dignity, independence and well being.
The role includes proving high quality personal care and emotional support to residents while supervising care staff and ensuring care standards are maintained. The successful candidate will promote dignity, independence and wellbeing for all service users.
The role requires administering or assisting with medication following company procedure, maintaining accurate care records and reports, lead shifts and delegate tasks to care assistants, supporting and mentoring junior staff members and communicating effectively with families, healthcare professionals and management.
The position comes with 3 shift patterns. 8 am - 8 pm. We are happy to discuss and consider split shift patterns of 8am - 2pm and 2pm - 8pm. Both part time and full time positions are available.
