Crynodeb
We are looking for a compassionate, caring, patient and reliable Care Assistant to join our dedicated team at our 64 bed with supporting our residents with their daily living requirements while promoting dignity, independence and well being.
The position requires assistance with personal care such as washing, dressing, grooming and toileting. Supporting mobility and helping with transfers where required. Recording changes in residents health and behaviour. Completing regular wellbeing checks through the night and ensuring the safety of the residents during the night time period.
Following Safeguarding, Health & Safety and Infection Control procedures and working closely with families, Nurses and other Healthcare professionals.
The position comes with 3 shift patterns. 8 am - 8 pm. We are happy to discuss and consider split shift patterns of 8am - 2pm and 2pm - 8pm. Both full time and part time postions are available.
