Summary
Recruit4staff are representing a leading FMCG business in their search for a Machine Operator to work in Oswestry
Job Details:
• Pay: £34,000 per annum, rising to £38,000 per annum after 12 weeks
• Hours of Work: 3 on 3 off, 5.50am to 5.50pm and 5.50pm to 5.50am, working 3 days and 3 nights
• Duration: Permanent

Job Role: As a Machine Operator, you will operate production machinery safely, follow production plans, complete quality checks and ensure products meet customer specifications. The Machine Operator will also support picking and packing, use production IT systems and work to strict food hygiene standards.
Essential Skills Experience, or Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a food or regulated manufacturing environment
• Machine operating experience
• Good computer skills
• Stable work history
• Willingness to work days and nights
Desired Skills Experience, or Qualifications
• Food food manufacturing/production experience
• Production IT systems experience
• Experience working to food hygiene standards
