Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with special educational needs and disabilities
- Assist with the development and implementation of individualised learning plans
- Collaborate with teachers to adapt lesson plans and resources to meet the diverse needs of students
- Support students in accessing the curriculum and achieving their academic and personal goals
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents/carers, and the wider school community
- Contribute to the overall wellbeing and development of your students

- Experience working with students with special educational needs and disabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
